We are a young couple lookng for a quiet getaway. A cute ranch or cape cod would be perfect. We don;t need a lot of property but we do want a leel of privacy. Rural living really appeals to us. We are very handy so a home that needs some updating is not a problem. We are very open to the type and condition of the houose if it is in the right loction. 

We are looking for a 3 Bedroom with 2 baths, we like the Gulf Gate/Palmer Ranch area and size of lot is not important.

We prefer separate living room instead of great room. Garage is needed.

We are looking for a ranch home closer to the beach than the interstate or in between. We would like a large screened in patio with minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Size of lot really does not matter - need minimum of 2 car garage.

No pool - willing to put some $ into home.

We are looking to buy a home to relocate from Pennsylvania and move to the Southeaster North Carolina Coast. We have spent plenty of time in North Carolina and are excited to make it out permanant home.

We are looking for a home with at least 3 bedrooms/2 baths. As far as style goes we prefer a more unique architecture, open floor plan concept and a brick or stone exterior.

If the home has a waterview that would be great but we don't need to be ocean front. We will vist the beach often so we do want something that is an easy drive to the beach.

We would prefer a flat yard that we could put a pool in at some point. We are very open on location and prefer to stay in Lehigh county. South Whitehall and Macungie area both upper and lower are on the top of our list. We are qualified and pre approved for a VA Loan. We prefer to use our VA Guarenteed Home Loan benifit but it is not required.
