We would like a view of the mountains, not necessarily in the mountains. I don’t want to be on top of my neighbors and I would like a home that is about 10 years old or newer. Absolutely stunning views with the big picture windows that I can see right out. An open area concept is best for us so it doesn’t feel so boxy. One additional thing is we don’t really care for the cabin look of all wood on the inside. 2000+ sq ft and no older than 2005 or around there a plus!

Cedar log home on five secluded acres with a pond that is located only five miles from Mahomet and is bordered by the Sangamon River.  Three bedroom 2000 sq. ft. two story with a walkout includes remodeled kitchen and two recently remodeled full baths.  Two freestanding wood stoves that have been used to heat the home along with a new Carrier Geothermal HVAC unit installed December 2019. Beautiful, wooded, private location but very close to Mahomet schools and shopping.

Client is looking to a home in the Mahomet/Mansfield are to convert to a bed and breakfast. Property must have some land to provide outdoor entertainment and a barn of some sort would be desirable.

We are looking for home that is on a private street, with woods and not alot of pass through traffice. Private lane works for us, we like fireplaces, need 3 + bdrms and 1.5 + baths. Older wood work we like and hardwood floors, hope to have an eat in kitchen.  Yard, but doesn't need to be fenced, prefer having a 1 or more car garage.

We currently rent in JTown and love the area. We want a 3 bedroom,1 bathroom with a nice yard. We would prefer the home to be moved in ready but do not mind doing some minor work if needed.
