We are searching for a home to call our own.  We would like a smaller neighborhood with a nice backyard.  Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with an open space and a kitchen for cooking!  We are pre-approved.

We are looking for a 1.5 or 2 story home with a 2-car garage.  We prefer a larger lot.  We are open to projects and have targeted Corinth Hills and Kenilworth.

We are looking for a cozy home with a welcoming front porch for our pups.  An open floor plan with hardwood or tile floors.  Gas stove is a must.  Room to roam and a place for the dogs and a chicken or two would be nice.  A year round creek would be a huge plus!  We prefer something updated and on one level.  Prefer Sumner County, just need to be within an hour of BNA...Thanks!

Minimal 3 bedroom with a flex room or 4 bedrooms. Needs to be updated, we are not looking to fix it up. Solid neighborhood.
 

We would love an acre or two with trees and a 3 bed/2 bath home. Not looking to move immediately but if the perfect one came along we are ready!  Off of Tin Top or around that area would be ideal and we also like Peaster. 

We will be looking to buy in the fall and would love to be in a kid friendly neighborhood with 3 at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  Must be in Clinkscale and BHS schoos zones and under $250K. 

My family is finally done renting and looking to buy before the end of 2020!  We would like a large yard for the kids and dogs to run around in and would like an established neighborhood.  3 or 4 bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms and not afraid to do a little updating if necessary. 

First time home buyer seeking house with some character.  I tend to lean towards older homes that have been updated with 2 bathrooms but may be able to make 1 & 1/2 bath work.  The price range would be $160K-$210K.  The closer to the square in Weatherford, the better!

We are looking for a starter home with at least 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a garage.  Burleson or Crowley would both meet our needs so long as it is a nice neighborhood.  Prefer the house to be built 1970 or since but open to look at 60's build with some character.  We are also willing to do a little work if necessary so long as the price reflects need. 

We would like a 3-4 bedroom with an open kitchen, a large yard, and natural light in Mahomet.
