I am looking for a 3-4 bedroom home in West Champaign with at least 2 full bathrooms, one of which needs to be in the master bedroom. Ranch style homes are preferred but open to 2-stories as well. Definitely do not want a basement. Looking under $200,000 and hoping to be under contract on a home within the next 6 months.

I am a single mother in need of a home for my children that are currently enrolled in Kimberly School Dist.  We need preferrably at least 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, but I am willing to consider all options.  A duplex where we can rent out one side and priced under $200K or a single family under $130k.  I am willing to put some elbow grease into our next home.

We love the area encompassing south Meridian and Boise out to Kuna because of the ability to find a little elbow room. We are looking for a view other than our neighbors back door.
